Change of heart?
It happens to the best of us. We’re here to help! If you’ve had a change of heart you can return most items within 7 days of receipt of delivery. No worries.

To do this, you will need to contact us at support@mamabake.com with your order number and we will arrange the return for you.

We do not offer cash refunds for Change-of-Heart returns.  For a Change-of-Heart return, you will get a refund in the form of store credit with the amount equivalent to the price you have paid for the product less all shipping costs. You will be responsible for shipping charges to facilitate a Change-of-Heart return.  If your purchase included free shipping, the outgoing shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount (store credit amount). 

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return provided the item(s) returned is/are confirmed as being in 'as-new' condition.

Store credit will be valid for 3 months from the issue date.

The following conditions apply to Change-of-Heart returns:

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • All packaging, (boxes/wrapping etc) documentation (instruction manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity etc.) must be returned with the returned items.
  • The product/s packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).
  • Items must be returned in new/unworn/unused condition. This means that you have not used, assembled, worn, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.
  • Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
  • Any items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
  • Non-returnable items excluded from all Change-Of-Heart returns include food and grocery products
, clearance/sale items
, personalised items
, gift cards (except as required by law).

We are here to help and ensure you have a happy experience with The MamaBake Shop.  However, unfortunately, we are not able to accept Change-Of-Heart returns on items that do not fall within the specified return window or Change-Of-Heart returns that do not comply with this Policy.

These conditions apply only to Change-Of-Heart returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are damaged or faulty.

Damaged in Delivery
If an item arrives with missing parts, is faulty, defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please contact us at support@mamabake.com within 2 business days of receiving your delivery with an image/video attached so that we can see the problem our end.

In the case of a damaged or faulty product or an item with missing parts, we will work together with you to find the best solution for your case (which will vary depending on the item and situation).

For example, we may initiate one or a combination of the following:

  • Send you any missing or damaged parts or components
  • Replace the product
  • Offer a partial or full refund in the form of a store credit voucher or a cash refund.

(If we ask you to return the damaged product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.)

Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product (the item you receive is not what you ordered), please let us know at support@mamabake.com within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the product you ordered and arrange for the return of the wrong item shipped at no cost.

Received an Incomplete Order
If you have ordered multiple items from The MamaBake Shop, sometimes items may arrive at different times (although should be within 25 days of ordering) as some items may be coming from different locations. If you would like to check the shipping status of your order, you can input your tracking order into the postal system website for your country or contact support@mamabake.com and we will check for you.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are shipping an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
